Hello, friends! Today, we are joined by Lewis Harrower, an audio producer and the founder of Time Capsule Productions, an audio production company specialising in creating Audio Time Capsules. These capsules are personalised documentaries that record people's life stories, preserving their memories and history in their own words.

Lewis has a keen interest in creative audio production and enjoys listening to people's stories. He is passionate about preserving the history of individuals whose stories might otherwise go unrecorded. His recent audio production work includes a BBC Radio 4 documentary called "Pilgrimage for a Pint." Additionally, he is recognised as a Dementia Friend by Alzheimer's Scotland.
